Bowtie Pasta, chicken breast, tomatoes and spinach in a light cream sauce. This was amazing. A perfect blend of creaminess coated the pasta that was done just right. I am heading to the Cafe Gaston booth on the first day of the Taste of Orland Park, that's for sure. This is one of those dishes that you beg the owner of the restaurant to share the recipe with you, and I did. He obliged, and I am forever grateful.
