I think "Breaking News" should be posted when it occurs not 24 hours later

Hey fair enough. This was the first I had heard about it, and was away for a bit last night.

Will-Cook and 131st was out since Friday. They didn't even have flashing lights and we didn't see anyone working on it at all. They do have stop signs, but it is dark there, not even a street light.
