UPDATE: Police Accuse Homeless Man of Sexually Assaulting Elderly Woman
An 83-year-old woman was trying to help a man she thought was homeless when he attacked her. Dennis D. Dodson Jr. was found later near 170th and Harlem and was arrested. He has been charged with one count of aggravated criminal sexual assault, a Class X felony.
