Police are still investigating the crash, though initial reports offer that Nassenstein was driving a 2005 Honda motorcycle east on Wheeler Drive, when he left the road at high speed and struck a tree, according to the release. Witnesses told police that before the crash Nassenstein was heard arguing with someone while in a nearby parking lot before he drove away, police said.

Alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the crash at this time, and police are waiting for toxicology reports from the Will County Coroner’s Office.
