Ok, great that the parents are filing charges against the woman who obviously lost her mind after the kids stole her paper (for who knows how many times).

I hope she files charges against the brats, hate "parents" who actively encourage their offspring to be criminals. It all starts somewhere.

What is the matter with people today???? Kids are served a dose of street justice by an elderly woman who has had a newspaper stolen ? Are you parents serious? Police involvement is needed? The ole girl traumatized your darling punk kids. Better get yourselves and the kids to a mental health professional as I see some post traumatic stress on the way. How utterly pitiful !

This woman belongs in jail. Getting so upset on account of a simple newspaper isn’t right. If these kids saw the paper on her driveway and grabbed it before she did then the situation is her fault for not getting up sooner. Who knows what she would do if they took something important like her purse along with her credit cards and so forth. She needs a psychiatric evaluation before she does something truly criminal. These kids should get at least 50K$ in their lawsuit, apiece. I hope I’m on that jury. I’d make sure justice was done and the kids were left happy and not dejected due to this woman’s meddling in their affairs.

What will the little snot nosed thugs steal next? How about your cell phone!
These children committed a crime, it doesn't matter how small!
If they had the nerve to steal from a woman face to face, what the hell makes you think they won't do it again and again? The next step maybe shoplifting, are you going to say it's terrible that the security guard "grabbed " them for stealing?
You are what's wrong with this damned liberal society!
I guess your'e an enable

These Kids, need to learn right from wrong. You don't take something that doesn't belong to you. Maybe, the Parents need some Parenting classes in teaching their Kids not to steal in the first place.

Yeah, that's insane. My parents wouldn't have pressed charges against the woman. They would have beat my ass for acting like that.
Well, not really, but they would have emptied my room and left me with a bed and 3 pairs of clothing...

valuable life lesson learned by the kids. Take something that doesn't belong to you, get called on it and watch mommy sue them. I'm sure they'll grow up to fine upstanding citizens. Not.
