Sights and Barks from the 2012 Orland Township Pet-Palooza (Photo Gallery)
Hundreds gathered with their furry friends to enjoy a day out in the sun, with contests, a pet parade and even a K9 demonstration.
Orland Township held it's annual Pet-Palooza on Saturday afternoon, on Orland Park Township grounds. The Pet Parade, contests and fair were all held, but there was plenty to learn while there.
The fair provided information on everything from pet adoptions and rescue to veterinarian services and even chiropractic care. Entertainment included bands, face-painting and ballon sculpting, a police K9 demonstration as well as juggling and a visit from the Brookfield Zoo.
Numbers appeared higher than last year, despite the high heat.
