The kitchen in the Orland Park home is so out of place in that home...what were they thinking! Kitchens sell homes and that one definaetly will not.

I definitely pick the Orland option by a longshot. While the 11K sq ft does include the basement, it's nearly 2x the size of the Frankfort option. The exterior in my opinion is more open - less woodsy and just generally more of a house I'd prefer.
If I was in the market to purchase a home, and somehow had that much, I'd be 100% sold on the Orland Park house. Of course just by looking at a few pictures people can't just buy a house, there may be some "catches" to it. But from what I see and read, it's my choice.
I do agree, the kitchen is definitely worse than the Frankfort house, but it'd be fine for me. I would probably upgrade the kitchen appliances, however. I don't mind the white tile & counters too much though.
But anyways, I'd be surprised if that Orland house doesn't sell within a month or two. I find for what you're getting, it's priced very reasonable. 7 Bedrooms, 5 + 2 baths, that's nearly a mansion, for a good price. One lucky family will live in this house, that's forsure. :)
