The Village of Orland Park's Veterans Memorial, Ara Pace, is a "place of peace" and serves as a memorial pavilion to honor all veterans.

Orland Park residents and other supporters came together Sunday to acknowledge veterans at Ara Pace, the veteran's memorial whose name means "place of peace." Led by Mayor Dan McLaughlin, the brief but beautiful ceremony honored veterans and their service to our country for Veterans Day.

Please visit our photogallery and see the moving tributes made to our men and women in the military and the those who served before them.

A new photo gallery of local veterans is now on display inside the Frederick T. Owens Village Hall.
