Splendid facility to work out at. Love the cleanliness of the place. Also, really a big fan of the staff. They go above and beyond their duties to make things happen. Especially the gentleman Richie...Reggie?? I don't know but he's very good! Helped me out when I needed to see how to use a machine I was forgien to.

Sir Larry - You are an exquisite gentleman and are absolutely correct. Palos Health and Fitness is absolutely the best facility around. I wish I could shake your hand right now!

As a current member, I would have to describe H.O.Tside CrossFit as an exceptional alternative to a 'traditional gym.' It really is the best option for people (of all ages) who are interested in making the most of their time spent working out. CrossFit is a program designed to improve upon an individual's strength and overall conditioning through varied and intense exercise. As intimidating as it may seem in print, H.O.Tside trainers make CrossFit approachable for members of all abilities. And the facility that H.O.Tside has opened in Orland caters well to the needs of its CrossFit community. It's an ideal space that is outfitted with fantastic people who are united in their commitment to better health and fitness. I've never experienced anything quite like it; H.O.T.side is one-of-a-kind. For all of the above, I really love it.

I'm in law enforcement and i pride myself on being in pretty good shape, I guess you could say I was your everyday gym rat, but I'm here to say H.O.T side is nothing like the old boring gym's I'm use to (past powerlifter). I truly have to say H.O.T side, truly broke me down and changed the whole way I approach fitness now . I can go into anyone's gym and hold my own and some and be out in 30 to 35 mins. H.O.T side is awesome, as the shirt said embrace the suck.
