must admit bias but State Street Animal Clinic is the only place to go for me after all my Stster and Bro-inlaw own it and are the main Vets.

The best place clinic around was not on your list. Colonial Manor Animal Hospital @ 13726 West 159th St in Homer Glen is by far the best around. Always professional, reasonable and proper diagnosis all the way around. Dave and Joe are awesome for taking care of our household pets.

We moved to Tinley 11 years ago and have only gone to Avenue Animal Hospital on Oak Park Avenue. The staff provides great service and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Glenwood Village Animal Hospital, in Glenwood, near Homewood, is the best around. They saved my young kitty's life (asthma, diabetes, liver and kidney failure) and they have been my family's pets Vets for over 20 years. It's worth the drive. I promise you that.

Midwest animal Hospital on 183rd & Wolf road is the best!!! Their hours are early am - late pm, Sat & Sunday hours!! They are professional, affordable & great service. The dog even enjoys going there!!!

I LOVE Oak Forest Animal Clinic. They take their time, answer all questions, and you can tell they care about you and your pet.

I second for Avenue Animal Hospital! We love Dr. Wahl and his staff - there are no bigger hearts out there. I would not trust the care of my three greyhounds to anyone else. Daisy, Lucy and Bree love you too!

I have been going to Markham Animal Clinic for over 20 years and can't believe it is not on your list. Dr. Jack is awesome and they go out of there way to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Thanks for the great info on Markham Animal Clinic, but just so you know, this column only includes clinics in Orland and Tinley. Unfortunately, there is currently no Patch covering Markham.

I third Avenue Animal Hospital. I have only recently had to switch vets because I moved out of state but I would recommend them over any other vet in Tinley because Dr. Wahl ad his staff are by far the best out there

I have only one place I take my animals and that is Family Pet clinic in Tinley Park. Dr. Valenti and staff, especially Michelle, have taken care of my family members for years. I would not take them anywhere else. They have gotten me through broken legs, broken jaws, torn up paws and noses to name a few. Great people and love them dearly!

Animal Medical Center in Orland Park is really good. Their Doctors really care about your pet and their prices are very reasonable. We have been going there with all our pets for over 10 years and we are very happy. We wouldnt take our pets anywhere else!
