DESCRIPTION:The Village of Orland Park along with sponsor BMO Harris Bank
  will launch TOSS\, an environmental outreach program geared toward chil
 dren\, in April.\nTOSS\, which stands for &ldquo\;Take One Small Step&rd
 quo\;\, aims to inform children ages 9-12 years old about their carbon f
 ootprint and recycling. The program consists of a short PowerPoint prese
 ntation\, followed by a fun craft project.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;\nThis pr
 ogram is made possible with the generous donation and sponsorship of BMO
  Harris Bank. Their Helpful Steps for Parents program teaches children t
 he value of money. In conjunction with TOSS\, the programs will allow ki
 ds to use the money they save from recycling to contribute to their savi
 ngs account.\nOnce TOSS is launched\, it will be taken to Scout groups a
 s well as environmental clubs. The Smart Living team will be available t
 o come out and present to any group that would like educate children on 
 the environment in an entertaining and engaging way.&nbsp\;\nTo schedule
