Wind Chill Warning Downgraded to Advisory

Advisory is in effect until 9 a.m. Wednesday.

The wind chill warning for Cook and Will counties has been downgraded to an advisory, effective until 9 a.m. Wednesday.

The National Weather Service is predicting wind gusts of 20 to 25 mph, and wind chill values 15 to 25 below zero Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday night and early Wednesday, the wind chill could fall to 20 to 30 below zero.
