Centennial Pool Set for Memorial Day Weekend Opening
Weather or not, officials plan on a May 24 opening for Centennial Park Aquatic Center.
Summer officially arrives in the Village of Orland Park Memorial Day weekend.
"The village's aquatic center debuts for the season and we gather as a community to pay homage to the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country," said Orland Park Mayor Dan McLaughlin.
The Village of Orland Park Centennial Park Aquatic Center, at 15600 West Avenue, will begin its 2014 season at noon on Saturday, May 24.
Membership information and daily rates can be found in the Recreation Department area of the village's website.
The pool is open Saturday, May 24 from noon to 8 p.m. Find regular hours online.
Details about the kayak and pedal boat rentals available at the adjacent Lake Sedgewick can also be found online.
