The Center for Performing Arts at Governors State University proudly presents professional touring children's theater company The Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia's "Swimmy, Frederick, & Inch by Inch," an inspiring interpretation of the exquisite collage works of children's author Leo Lionni. This delightful show is part of The Center's "Especially for Kids" series, and provides an enjoyable afternoon of entertainment appropriate for families with children ages 3-7. "Swimmy, Frederick, & Inch by Inch" features three of Lionni's most lovable characters brought to the stage by larger than life puppets who share the message of their story.
