Baird & Warner Orland Park posts big 2012

Along with selling over $158 million in Real Estate in 2012, Baird & Warner Orland Park outperformed the market by 57% in the Orland Park market alone

Orland Park, IL - Baird & Warner Orland Park sold over $158,000,000 worth of Real Estate in 2012, up 45 percent over 2011.

More notably, Baird & Warner Orland Park outperformed the market by 57 percent as Baird & Warner was up 89 percent in year over year Orland Park sales. Total sales in Orland Park are up 32 percent in units sold versus 2011.

In Orland Park alone, Baird & Warner boasted an eight percent volume share of the market which was up three percent from 2011.

“2012 showed that our office is well ahead of the pace of the market,” said Gailene Cowger, managing broker of Baird & Warner Orland Park. “With the continuing strengthening of the Real Estate market, we expect to have even more success in 2013.”

The top three office sales associates for 2012 transactions specifically in Orland Park were Patrick Zomparelli, Tom Lemmenes and Cindy Nelson. Additional sales associates with at least $1 million in 2012 Orland Park volume included Christine Gentile, Frank Ciaccio, Marlene O’Neill, Louise O’Connor and Kimberly Vales.

Leading the Baird & Warner Orland Park office sales associates in all 2012 area sales were Susan Jenner, Tom Lemmenes, Maryanne Schultz and Louise O’Connor.

In another sign of an improving Real Estate market there was a 15 percent improvement in Orland Park total volume versus 2011.

In November the Chicago Tribune announced that Baird & Warner was named the 3rd best place to work in the Chicagoland area.
