Inside Look: Bonefish Grill

The new restaurant specializing in fresh seafood opened for business in Orland Park on Sept. 16. Take a look at what they have to offer.

Nicholas Kapellas was interested in opening a different type of restaurant that he felt could stand alone along the eatery-heavy strip of LaGrange Road.

He decided to go with the “polished casual” of Bonefish Grill, a seafood restaurant chain that butchers their fish in house among other steps to ensure freshness.

“If you want a fine dining experience, we can do that,” said Kapellas, managing partner of the Orland Park restaurant. “But if you just want a burger and a beer, we can do that too.”
