When and how did your business get started?

Established in 1988, New Vitality Health Foods, Inc, opened our doors in September 1988. We are celebrating our 25th Anniversary supporting the allergy and health community in Orland Park, and surrounding areas.

Many of you have been loyal customers for many years, what you may not know is that this month marks our 25-year anniversary. I can clearly remember the day my mother, Dr. Barbara Griffin, laid these tile floors we walk on, all by herself. The woodwork in the store was all hand done by my late father, a German carpenter. Every detail was thought out and made possible by my mother. She had a dream of helping people take responsibility for their own health and be aware of how the foods we eat affect our health in every way.

My mother has done that, and so much more. Our very first customer still shops in our store. All of you are not just customers, you are friends, you are family, and we genuinely care about your wellness. Nothing makes us happier than you saying you feel better.

This is why we thank each and every one of you for your continued support. We would not have made it this far if not for our customers. Thank you so much for allowing my mother's dream become a reality, and thank you for allowing me to help continue her legacy.
