Starbucks, Shoe Carnival Coming to 159th and LaGrange
Several new tenants will move into space in Lake View Shopping Center at the corner of 159th and LaGrange Road.
A shopping center currently anchored by Best Buy, Value City, PetCo and Ulta will add several new names this spring and summer.
Starbucks, Shoe Carnival, Games Workshop, Miracle Ear, and appliance store Novak and Parker will all move into space in or near Simon-owned Lake View shopping center.
Starbucks is expected to move into the vacant Baby’s Cheesesteak and Lemonade, 15858 S. LaGrange Rd. Tabletop fantasy and miniatures store Games Workshop will open next to Value City Furniture this spring, along with Miracle Ear, and Novak and Parker, a family-owned appliance store.
Later this summer, Shoe Carnival will move into the former Famous Footwear.
