The Pioneer Program prides itself on teaching the importance of working together as a team in a spirited, fun filled, family oriented environment.  Participants learn self-confidence, athletic and life skills and have a great time developing and playing with their peers.  The Pioneers take great pride in helping turn boys and girls into fine young adults.  The coaching staffs include a number of former college football players who stress discipline and teach the fundamentals at each position.  The Pioneers participate in the Southwest Midget Football League with a full slate of regular season games, with an exciting playoff schedule to conclude the season.
