My Night at Chick fil A

Wednesday, August 1, 2012 tens of thousands of Americans Patronized the Orland Park Chick fil A to support the 1st Amendment and push back against power hungry politicians

Wednesday night the Orland Park Chick fil A saw customers wait up to 3 hours and a drive thru line stretch a 1/2 mile throughout the day. People from all over the Southlanders came out to protest the intrusion by liberal politicians on 1st Amendment rights. Boston Mayor Thomas Mennio (D), Chicago Alderman Joe Moreno (D-1st Ward), and Chicago Mayor Rahm Emmanuel (D) all publicly stated that Chick fil A would not be granted a business license in either Bean Town or The Windy City because Chick fil A CEO Dan Cathy expressed support for Traditional Marriage. Keep in mind, President Obama shared the very same position as Mr Cathy until a few months ago. However, the liberal Thought Police went bezerk, called for all types of sanctions against Chick fil A including boycott and denial of licenses. One problem, the 1st Amendment protects citizens from government reprisal due to speech. Tens of thousands of Americans turned out in Orland Park alone to support Mr Cathy and Chick fil A's 1st Amendment rights. The political elite should have been watching nervously as these everyday Americans showed in mass to exercise their precious rights. We will gather again the first Tuesday in November. Please enjoy the videos of Wednesday in Orland Park.
