Tip A Cop for Special Olympics

Tip A Cop for Special Olympics

On Thursday, October 24th, the police officers from Crestwood will be doing more serving then usual as they team up with Barroco’s Pizza for the 1st Tip-A-Cop event to raise money for Special Olympics.

From 4-9 p.m., the officers will be waiting tables as celebrity
waiters with the staff from Barraco’s Pizza at 13445 Cicero, collecting money for Special Olympics. Not only will they donate the tips they receive, but Barroco’s Pizza will also donate 10% of your bill towards the Special Olympics. In order for the 10% donation to apply, patrons should tell their servers that they are there for the Special Olympics fund raising. Law Enforcement Torch Run T-shirts, hats and commemorative pins will also be available for purchase.

Special Olympics Illinois provides year round training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
