'Rev Up Your Holidays' Seminar

The Dynamic Professional Women's Network will offer a seminar titled "Rev Up Your Holidays Based on Nutrition and Health" at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Buca di Beppo, 15350 S. 94th Ave., Orland Park.

Residents will learn how to create a personalized holiday action plan based on an approach to vital nutrition and health. The cost is $12.50 and includes lunch and dessert.

The Dynamic Professional Women's Network is a group of success-oriented business professionals who help each other's businesses grow with referrals and assist each other by providing counsel in particular areas of expertise.
