Hundreds of people came throughout the weekends leading up to Halloween to take a walk through the Orland Park Lions Club's Haunted Woods.
This year's theme was built around Central Park in New York, along with a boathouse and the Park View Hotel, where the staff outside say you check in, but you might not check out.
The effort requires nearly year-long planning and weeks of lengthy work among a group of dedicated volunteers.
