Orland Township to Host Workshop on Raising Healthy Families

Orland Township Health Services is hosting a raising healthy families workshop on Thursday, October 24 at 4:30 p.m. in the Orland Township Activity Center. Registration is required.

Doug Tansor of Health From Within will discuss with parents how to make informed decisions regarding the health and nutrition of their family. Topics to be discussed include how healthy childhoods can prevent chronic diseases, nutrients and anti-nutrients, how to build health not illness, nutritional myths, how to properly fuel the vehicle through which you express life and how to save your family thousands of dollars a year on medical expenses.
