Dad Charged with DUI with 8-Year-Old Daughter in the Car: Police
Saulius Tamavicius, of Orland Park, had a blood alcohol level more than two times the legal limit.
An Orland Park man was arrested in Palos Park Saturday morning, after cops spotted a car weaving through traffic and driving erratically on LaGrange Road.
Saulius Tamavicius, 43, had his 8-year-old daughter in the backseat when Palos Park police say he struck a construction barrier near 125th and LaGrange Road around 12:30 a.m. Saturday, according to reports.
Tamavicius, of Orland Park, was charged with driving impaired and endangering the life of a child, by impaired with a child in the car. His blood alcohol level was .19.
He was issued a July 23 court date at the Bridgeview courthouse.
