WEDNESDAY, MARCH 28

Warrant Arrest

Felicia N. Blunt, 20, of the 17800 block of Ridgewood Drive in Hazel Crest, was arrested on a bond forfeiture warrant for battery. Orland Park police was called by Markham police about a woman who reported an accident to their station at 16313 Kedzie Ave., and found she had an active Orland Park warrant for her arrest around 3:05 p.m.

Warrant Arrest

Shannin M. Cox, 39, of the 300 block of Pasadena Drive in Crest Hill, was arrested on a warrant for theft. Joliet police picked up a woman with an active Orland Park warrant, and called the Orland Park Police Department around 11:25 p.m.

Resisting Arrest/Warrant

An Illinois State Police trooper found an Orland Park warrant for a woman in custody after she took part in a fight, and brought her to the Orland Park Police Department around 6:05 a.m., according to the report. During the fight, she resisted arrest and was pepper sprayed, police said. Pierra J. Dawson, 23, of the 5400 block of Hyde Park Boulevard in Chicago, was charged with resisting arrest and was arrested on a warrant for theft.

SUNDAY, MARCH 25

Assault

Police were called about a dispute in the 8200 block of Stonehenge Drive around 11:15 a.m. While two men were arguing, one man grabbed the other by the shirt, and threatened to kick him out of the residence and beat him up, police said. When the man who was grabbed said he would call police, the other took his phone, according to the report. Shaun B. Foley, 50, of the 2100 block of Balmoral in Chicago, was charged with assault.

FRIDAY, MARCH 23

Knife Pull

A patrol officer was flagged down while driving in the 14600 block of 108th Avenue around 9:05 p.m. The flagger said he was at home when two men rang his doorbell and asked about a person who didn’t live there, according to the report. The flagger told them to leave, and said he had been harassed before by people banging on his garage door, saying someone was breaking into his house, police said. The flagger then opened his garage door and saw the two men sitting in a truck parked in his driveway. He approached the truck, carrying a collapsed baton he keeps for security, and told the men to leave or he would use the baton, according to the report. Then one man pulled out a knife and threatened the flagger before driving away, police said. Officers later found a truck matching the description at Walgreens at 11981 143rd St., with two men inside, both matching descriptions given, and one had a knife on him with a blade between 4 and 6 inches long, according to the report.  Luke S. Harr, 23, of the 9800 block of Cordoba Court in Orland Park, was charged with aggravated assault.
