Passenger's Potty Break Forces Evacuation of Pace Bus

When you gotta go—no. Just, no.

A Pace bus was evacuated after a passenger was spotted urinating onboard, The Chicago Tribune reports.

At first, passengers on the route 364 bus thought the man was getting a closer look at the route map. But then they realized he was actually urinating on the floor and partition separating the driver from the passengers.

The bus came to an unscheduled stop around 3:50 p.m. on the 7300 block of 159th Street, where police spoke with 42-year-old Nehemiah Spencer of Harvey. Spencer said he'd downed two 24-ounce beers before deciding he was sick of sitting at home.

He was charged with disorderly conduct. The driver and remaining passengers were transferred to another bus.
