Police stopped Capra around 1:45 a.m. near LaGrange Road and 153rd Street for speeding and weaving between lanes, according to the report.

Orland Square Mall security told police that Clark hid a $20 watch in her sweatshirt and left the department store around 7:45 p.m. without paying. Clark later told police she knew what she did was wrong and that she was “following the wrong crowd,” according to the report.

Police found a pair of wire cutters on Schutzenhofer that were used to cut security tags, according to the report.

Police Blotter information is provided by law enforcement agencies. Charges are not evidence of guilt.
