Hidden Urinator

Kamil A. Labno, 26, of the 15000 block of Avenida Del Este Street in Orland Park, was charged with attempted foiling of a screen test, driving with a suspended license, illegal transportation of alcohol and driving with one headlight. Police said a car was pulled over after it was seen driving with one headlight and no rear registration lights in the 9500 block of 167th Street around 12:30 a.m. Police searched the vehicle after finding that Labno’s license was suspended, and found an open bottle of schnapps and a device called the Urinator, which officers said is be used to defeat drug testing.

Turned In Warrant

Police said a man turned himself in to the Orland Hills Police Department on a failure-to-appear warrant for retail theft around 9:15 a.m. Kyle D. Adams, 21, of the 15200 block of Hiawatha Trail in Orland Park, was arrested on the warrant and given and April 4 court date, according to the report.
