Orland Park Guitarist One of Three Dead after Boating Accident

Bob Bielarz, 39, of Orland Park, was the third victim pulled from the Cal-Sag Channel, following a Friday night crash between a pleasure boat and a commercial vessel.

The body of Bielarz was found around 10 a.m. Monday, Sun-Times Media reports. Also killed were his wife, Viengsavanh Bielarz, 40, and their friend, Jeremy Muzika, 33. Muzika and Bielarz suffered multiple injuries and died of drowning after the boat in which they were riding hit a 66-foot barge, according to autopsy results.  Their deaths were ruled accidental.

Neither the latter Bielarz nor Muzika was wearing a life jacket, the U.S. Coast Guard told media. 

The crash is under investigation.
