The workshop is intended to help families confront drug use among them.
Orland Township’s Youth and Family Services department will host a workshop on stopping drug abuse in teens.
The workshop, “What Can I Say to Convince Them to Quit?: Why Families Wait to Intervene on a Substance Abuser" will be held Tuesday, April 8 at 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Orland Township, 14807 S. Ravinia Ave.
The workshop will be presented by David Lee of Intervention Services and Technologies, Inc., and Rev. Jim Swarthout of Rosecrance Health Network.
