Orland Township Assessor Rich Kelly Sponsors Property Tax Appeal Seminar

Orland Township Assessor Rich Kelly is sponsoring a property tax appeal seminar on Thursday, April 7, at Orland Township, 14807 S. Ravinia Ave., at 6 p.m.
 
The seminar will include a presentation by Cook County Board of Review Commissioner Dan Patlak, followed by the opportunity to file an appeal.
 
“I am proud to say that thousands of residents have successfully appealed their assessments through my office that have resulted in lower tax bills,” said Kelly.
 
Orland Township is available to assist residents in preparing an appeal for the appeal filing deadline of April 22.
 
The township has a limited amount of forms available, as do the Board of Review offices at the Markham and Bridgeview Courthouses. Appeal forms can also be downloaded directly from the Board of Review website, www.cookcountyboardofreview.com.
