Orland Park resident Kiera Vizza-Milligan was inducted into Queen of Peace High School's Athletic Hall of Fame on Wednesday, October 4, 2012.

Vizza-Milligan was a standout soccer player at the Burbank, Illinois school, winning multiple tournament Most Valuable Player awards among other accolades. After graduating, she enrolled at Benedictine University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and continued her illustrious soccer career. As a junior, she received All-Conference First Team honors in the inaugural season of the Northern Athletics Conference, and followed it up with an All-Conference Honorable Mention as a senior after helping lead her team to a 10-5-1 record. Vizza-Milligan's perseverance in the classroom paid off as well; she was twice named an ESPN The Magazine Academic All-American during her tenure at Benedictine.

She has since continued to contribute to the success of the Queen of Peace athletic program. She was an assistant coach for the 2012 varsity soccer team that reached the second IHSA sectional championship game in program history.
