Spirit Moves Them: Sandburg's Munoz, Pache Enjoy Supporting Eagle Athletes

When they're not busy playing ball themselves, Sandburg's Brittney Munoz and Jenn Pache are two of the Eagles' biggest athletic boosters. They even take their show on the road.

When they aren't in basketball season, students Brittney Munoz and Jenn Pache attend almost every Eagle sporting event they can, and that includes some events that don't often get a lot of student support, like tennis matches and cross country meets.

That includes road games, too. Munoz and Pache were among the few students who made the short trip to for Monday night's volleyball game. Yes, you could call them Super Fans.

Munoz and Pache said they paint their faces for Friday night football games and like to scream and yell. They were a bit more subdued Monday as they watched their fellow  in a three-set volleyball match.

"We both take pride in our school," Munoz said.

She added that she enjoys the intensity of volleyball but noted tennis matches can be "too intense."

"I like seeing my friends do well, and it's fun to come to games and really get into them (as fans)," Pache said.

Munoz is a junior and Pache is a senior. They have Eagle spirit. How 'bout you?
