Some back to school supply tips:

  • Bring bulky and/or heavy items to school during the "classroom visitation" days and leave them in the classroom with the child's name clearly marked on them. This will avoid difficulties carrying heavy items during the first few days of school.
  • Label EVERYTHING. This helps with and simplifies classroom organization.
  • Do not panic if there are items you are unable to locate from the list. Area stores tend to run low on certain things during this time of year. Chances are you will be able to find a plentiful selection once school begins. Your child will not use everything on the list during the first week of school.
