When and how did your business get started?

I started the business in October 2006, after moving back from Washington, DC. I saw the joy people had when they were around their animals so I pursued a career around that happiness.

What is your business best known for?

Midday dog walks and in your home vacation care. 

Why did you choose the town you did to open your business?

I grew up in Orland Park so I had established roots. Luckily, most of the pet sitting services at that time were in the city and in the north and west suburbs.

What's something interesting about your business your customers might not know?

Pet Patrol staff members are certified in Pet First Aid and CPR.

Does your business offer a special deals card or program?

We offer a 15 percent discount to all new clients. We also offer a 15 percent discount to current clients who refer others for service.
