Niemeier Has Eagles off to Flying Start

Sandburg boys ring up 19 goals in boys water polo win over District 228 co-op team; Lukas Verzbicas breaks his own record.

Sandburg spring sports are in full swing, and three of the Eagles' teams are looking dominate their sports just as they did a year ago.

The Sandburg girls soccer, badminton and softball teams all had great seasons last year and want to build on that momentum.

* The Eagles took home the at the conference girls' indoor track meet at Joliet Central.
