The Palos Heights Metra station, 11451 Southwest Highway, will be among the suburban stops for Saturday's outdoor Chicago Blackhawks game at Soldier Field.

Pace bus will operate the Soldier Field Express, which typically takes fans to Bears games and concerts at the venue, from seven suburban Park-n-Rides for the March 1 matchup against the Pittsburgh Penguins. For $4 each way, fans will get bus service to and from Soldier Field.

Other stops on the Soldier Field Express include Schaumburg, Elk Grove, Lombard, Burr Ridge, Oak Lawn and Bolingbrook.

The bus is scheduled to depart from Palos Heights at 5:05 p.m.for the 7 p.m. game. All buses depart the stadium 30 minutes after the end of the game. Specific locations and times of departure are available at PaceBus.com.

Regular adult fares are $4 per passenger, each way. Up to two children aged seven and under are free with each adult. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis though riders are expected to respect priority seating areas for people with disabilities, seniors and expectant mothers.

“Every win is important for the Blackhawks as they work toward winning another Stanley Cup,” said Pace Chairman Richard Kwasneski. “We’re excited to do our part to pack Soldier Field with fans to cheer on the Blackhawks.”
