Take Sandburg's softball game on Tuesday. She used her arm and her bat to lead the Eagles to a 4-1 victory over rival Andrew.
Sandburg started the game by scoring two runs in the top of the first, thanks to RBIs by Olson and sophomore Candice Koch. The Eagles added a third run in the second as catcher Lexi Bryant singled in Karissa Kouchis. Then, in the sixth, they struck again. Olson knocked in Lizzie Wojtowicz.

Olson finished the day striking out seven Andrew batters while also going 2-for-3 at the plate with two RBIs and a walk. Jessica Perkins had a perfect day, going 4-for-4, while Wojtowicz went 2-for-4 with a double and two runs scored.
