The site that once was home to Dominick's Finer Foods at 151st & LaGrange is now taking on a new look as construction nears completion of the 50,000 sq ft space that sat empty for several months.
Michigan based Art Van Furniture will soon open this location as their first Illinois store.
A spokesperson for the Michigan retailer said they hope to open next month along with several other Chicago area locations as well as a distribution center in the months to come.
