Centennial Park West Concert Series to Begin June 30

Bring the family, a blanket, lawn chairs and a picnic to enjoy the village’s free concerts at Centennial Park West in the Colette Highlands Subdivision, near 159th Street and 108th Avenue. The park is located at Park Station Boulevard and Somerglen Lane. Concessions will be available for purchase.

“We held our first concert at Centennial Park West two years ago, during the July 4th weekend,” said Mayor Dan McLaughlin, who co-sponsored the debut concert. “It’s always great to see people throughout the lawn with their picnics, blankets and lawn chairs, enjoying live entertainment,” the mayor added.

Chicago’s premier concert and event orchestra, The City Lights Orchestra will perform on Sunday, June 30, from 5 to 7 p.m.
