Bibles for Missions Thrift Center, 15605 S. 71st Court, is celebrating its 18th anniversary in Orland Park this month.

Bibles for Missions Thrift Center is part of Bible League International. Bibles are translated into several languages and sent all over the world including, Mexico, Europe, Africa, Latin America, Middle East and Asia-Pacific.

The Orland Park location focuses on the Philippians.

Donations of cash and merchandise are tax deductible as the law allows. Bibles for Missions also picks up furniture in good condition from Orland Park and nearby suburbs.

The thrift store is open six days a week: Monday-Friday, 10 am–4 pm; and Saturday, 10 am—3 pm.

The thrift center is run by faithful volunteers. Generous donors make the thrift center a unique shopping experience, donating everything from designer clothing, wonderful furniture, housewares and gadgets, antiques, and valuables, which are all available for sale. You will find quality merchandise at very reasonable prices.

The thrift center is always looking for great volunteers for various jobs, including sorting, cleaning, organizing, truck drivers and helpers. If you have four hours or more to spend, come in. Volunteering feels good!
