Christian Hills Full Gospel Church is located at the intersection of 159th and 91st avenue. The church is headed by Pastor Mike McCartney and Associate Pastor/Principal, George Thomas.

Christian Hills offers a wide array of ministries and outreach programs, such as the Safe Families of Chicago, which houses orphans from Haiti. The church also has an elementary school adjacent to it. Prayer service is held on Wednesdays and Sundays in the evening and worship service is held on Sunday mornings at 10am.
