The Comments by Mr. Morale are very one sided and incorrect. He has taken the time to do his research to find how to complain about our supposed poor customer service to numerous online outlets as well as the better business bureau and the chamber of commerce. In reality it was his lack of knowledge of what he even owned that was the basis for his problem. We asked what helicopter he owned he had no idea of a brand or a model number. Our store only carries e-flite and Align Helicopters. We asked him if it was one of those brands and he did not know. Mr Morale then took it upon himself to go behind our counters which is an employees only area, with access to our cash registers, since he did not believe us when he was told we did not have his parts. We get people every day that think the toy grade helicopters that come from Wal-Mart, Target, the kiosk at the mall, or the local flea market all use the same parts as hobby grade helicopters. It is kind of like going to a Ford dealership and asking if they have brake parts for my car. Is your vehicle a Ford?? I do not know. You then take it upon yourself to go behind the parts counter and look for the parts yourself. The person helping Mr Morale was a female with 6 full time years of hobby experience, and the owner of the store. He must have felt that he knew more about RC helicopters than some girl. We strive to provide incredible customer service. However we expect our store and its staff to be treated with respect.
