This is new review for Joe Rizza Acura, Today I received call from the General Manager of Joe Rizza Acura -John , he advised that after they reviewed the case, they will go ahead to help me to replace a new 2012 Acura RDX 5-Spd AT SH-AWD with my originally ordered the model and color.
Thanks John made all effort to resolve the issue and hopefully Joe Rizza Acura will be better in the future. Because they have a good general manager who treat the Customers like Royalty
