I am sure you would enjoy the marble and fully tiled interior and the thousands we have invested into the building inside and out. I would love to treat you a service of your choice and be my guest. We have some wonderful students who are changing their lives and the lives of their clients.

Possibly you might be referring to the property lines where the neighboring south side building has been in foreclosure for the last year and have not cut their grass and bushes for over 2 years. The bank has just taken it over however; the sign is a public threat with flying broken plastic pieces.

The house along the east property line was also in foreclosure and just a mess. So possibly you are looking at those that butt to our line. We have a professional landscaper who maintains the property all year long. Including plowing of the snow. Since we pay nearly $100,000 in property tax and have been there almost 30 years I agree the City should do something with all the vacant properties and unload the building they bought last year which is still vacant.
