Top notch facility. From top to bottom. Jimmy from house keeping has the most lovely singing voice. All the way to Michelle at the top. She runs a tight ship. Three cheers for Palos Health and Fitness Center.
Are you Kidding?! Palos is the best fitness center in the Chicago area let alone in Orland Park. This place is amazing. If you are not a member here, your an idiot!
Very comfortable environment to work out in. The staff here is amazing. Paul and Nicole are especially helpful. Reggie is a little over the top though. Everyone should work out here!
If you would like a real place to workout with the best staff join Palos Health and Fitness. They have everything you need from all the best equipment to the best training staff I have ever encountered at any gym. I work with Reggie and he is one of the best trainers. All the staff is friendly, hard working, and always ready to cater to any of your needs. Palos is the best gym in every way possible. I highly recommend joing Palos if you want a real workout.
I've worked out at many gyms, but Palos Health & Fitness Center is by far the best! They have a huge selection of classes included and the staff are very helpful.
Absolutely love this place. I have been a member of several facilities and will never go anywhere else after working out here. Staff is VERY friendly and they treat you like family.
Not only is PHFC the best gym in the Chicagoland area, it has one of the friendliest and knowledgeable staffs this side of the Mississippi. Grade A+ for this staff. Clean facility. And especially two trainers there by the name of Melissa and Reggie. Stellar customer service, knowledgeable, and very tough!! Who could ask for better?
The staff sets this club above all others. Very knowledgeable and always willing to help. It is by far the cleanest facility around. Great environment to work out in.
This fitness center has the most knowledgeable staff. Classes are challenging
BEST WORKOUT FACILITY BY FAR! The staff is very knowledgeable and the classes are really fun and unique.

We absolutely love Palos Health & Fitness. The entire staff is truly passionate about helping the individual achieve the best workout given the individual's health condition. The staff customizes a workout plan based upon any health restrictions and gives encouragement to make you want to do more. It is inspiring to see members faced with health issues work as if that individual is training for the Olympics!!!
