MONDAY, FEB. 18 Daniel S. Wolf, 26, of the 13600 block of South 88th Avenue in Orland Park, was arrested at about 1:10 p.m. on an outstanding warrant for driving with a suspended license from Orland Park police, according to a report. Police had checked Wolf’s status after they were called to 15014 S. LaGrange Rd., on a report of someone walking around the plaza, according to a report. The warranted had been issued on Jan. 25, 2013. He was given a new court date of March 8 in the Bridgeview Courthouse. British E. Hammons, 18, of the 9600 block of Hoxie Street in Chicago, was charged with retail theft, according to a report. SUNDAY, DEC. 23 Police were called about a retail theft at Macy’s around 6:30 p.m. Security said a woman carrying multiple bags was seen selecting items and then walked into a dressing room, police said. The woman’s bags appeared more full when she left the dressing room and she left the store without paying, police said. She was found with $929.50 worth of unpaid items, according to the report. THURSDAY, JUNE 28 Police were called about a retail theft at Pandora’s Rack around 6:10 p.m. Store staff told police that the people responsible were driving away in a red pickup truck, police said. An officer saw a truck matching the description given and followed it, according to the report. The officer saw it drive through an intersection in the left-turn-only lane, and through a red light at LaGrange Road and 153rd Street, and again at LaGrange Road and 156th Street, police said. WEDNESDAY, JUNE 27 Police were called about a retail theft at Toys R Us around 2:35 p.m. Security said a man was seen taking seven video games out of the packaging, placed them in his front waistband, dropped the packaging in a clothing area and left the store without paying, police said. A glass pipe with burnt marijuana and three glass vials with marijuana inside were also found on him, according to the report. The stolen items are worth $139.93, police said. Glenn L. SUNDAY, JUNE 17 Police were called to Macy’s about a retail theft around 5:25 p.m. Security said they saw a woman looking more at other employees than merchandise, and was carrying a black leather pursed that appeared nearly empty, police said. The woman was then seen carrying about 20 items into the dressing room, and then left with the purse looking more full, according to the report. Store staff said eight items were found left in the dressing room, police said. The woman left the store without paying for any of the items in her bag, police said.
