Police: Chicago Man Kicked Out of Orland Park Pool for Touching Himself

Several people said they saw the man fondling himself while in different areas of Centennial Pool, including the locker room and public spots.

A Chicago man was banned for life from the Centennial Park pool in Orland Park after multiple people reported that he was touching himself inappropriately while in public areas, according to an Orland Park police report. Jorge L. Martinez, 42, of the 4500 block of West 55th Street in Chicago, was charged with disorderly conduct. Police were called to the Centennial Park Aquatic Center around 6 p.m. about a man seen by pool staff and patrons with his hand down his shorts at various places around the pool, including the locker room and an outdoor pavilion, police said. PHOTO GALLERY: Centennial Park Aquatic Center Still Cooling People Off After 20 Years

Water fun continues this summer at the Orland Park hub for lowering the temperature, no matter what happens outside.

Centennial Park Aquatic Center is celebrating its 20th year. Activities about at the park from swimming lessons to boat rental to stories by the pool. Every day is different. Glide down the lazy river after zig zagging down a tube slide. There is a large zero depth pool for children. Lap lanes are also available for serious swimmers.  Sand volleyball courts are ready for team or two players.  Private and group swimming lessons are also available as well as pavilion rentals.  Safety is key at Centennial Park Aquatic Center as 162 lifeguards go through extensive training.  The guards are kept up with various safety drills all Summer long.  The Aqua Center is open every day from Memorial Day through Labor Day Noon to 8 p.m. Seasonal …
