Orland Park Police Blotter: Intoxicated Driver with a Child Passenger

TUESDAY, FEB. 5 Police were called about a roll over accident near Corso Drive and Wolf Road around 1 a.m. A witness told police that the car was driving north on Wolf Road when it crossed over the southbound lanes and into the adjacent ditch, police said. The car continued across Corso Drive where it then rolled over, ending in the ditch north of Corso, according to the report. Police saw beer cans in the car, smelled alcohol on the driver’s breath and the driver later tested positive for drinking, police said. Samuel Temich-Cocuyo, 27, of the 9000 block of Kennedy Court in Orland Park, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a valid license, driving an uninsured vehicle and improper lane use.
